Training and Support

One21seventy provides training for health centre staff, general practitioners/ medical officers and health centre managers in the use of tools and processes, including:

• systems assessment facilitation;
• conducting clinical audits;
• use of the One21seventy web-based information system;
• feedback and interpretation of data; and
• goal setting and action planning.

Specific courses include:

• 3 day course for CQI staff
• 1/2 day intensives for clinicians and managers
• Annual refresher course to keep staff informed and engaged
