Training and Support
One21seventy provides training for health centre staff, general practitioners/ medical officers and health centre managers in the use of tools and processes, including:
- systems assessment facilitation;
- conducting clinical audits;
- use of the One21seventy web-based information system;
- feedback and interpretation of data; and
- goal setting and action planning.
Specific courses include:
- 3 day course for CQI staff
- 1/2 day intensives for clinicians and managers
- Annual refresher course to keep staff informed and engaged
