Training and Support

One21seventy provides training for health centre staff, general practitioners/ medical officers and health centre managers in the use of tools and processes, including:
  • systems assessment facilitation;
  • conducting clinical audits;
  • use of the One21seventy web-based information system;
  • feedback and interpretation of data; and
  • goal setting and action planning.
Specific courses include:
  • 2 day foundation course for CQI staff
  • 1/2 day course for senior clinicians and managers
  • Refresher and topic specific courses available on request

  • seeing the ‘bigger picture’ of helping to improve the health, well-being and comfort of patients with chronic diseases; and

Professional development

The One21seventy clinical audits are approved as professional development activities by three Australian professional colleges, these are:

  • Royal College of Nursing Australia (RCNA)
  • Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP)
  • Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM)

Further, the One21seventy training has been endorsed by APEC number 110825002 authorised by Royal College of Nursing, Australia according to approved criteria.
